Our users are building real automations with Tasklet — connecting dozens of services, writing complex workflows, and trusting an AI agent with critical work. When something breaks or gets confusing, the quality of help they get determines whether they go deeper or give up. But we don't want to solve this just by throwing people at support tickets.
